Terms and conditions

UrbexNow supplies digital urbex maps, individual locations and map upgrades. After valid payment, the customer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence. Content, files, links and access may not be shared, copied, resold or used to build a competing database or service.

Locations can change, close or disappear. Purchasing location information does not grant permission to enter a building or site. The customer must check ownership, permission, local rules, current circumstances and safety.

Statutory consumer rights concerning delivery, conformity, withdrawal and liability remain applicable. Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers in another EU or EEA country of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. The complete terms are available at our terms page.
